Amazon Account Assistant

Our client, a leader in fashion watches and wearable tech, is seeking a motivated Amazon Account Assistant to join their team.

This role is based in their Long Island offices, offering amazing mentorship and growth potential.


Monitoring list and availability of all styles on order
Completing set up sheet and uploads to Vendor Central
Updating style numbers, ASINs, Titles, product variants, catalog attributes etc. into Vendor Central and to Sharepoint
Send biweekly reporting
Responsible for order management including reporting, tracking and confirming
Coordinating with shipping department including detailed replenishment reports and tracking shipping dates
Contribute to International Amazon set up and account maintenance.


1+ years of relevant Amazon Vendor Central experience required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Analytical & data-driven mindset
