Executive Assistant

Our client, a San Francisco-based investment management firm, is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team. You would be directly supporting the COO as well as some light support for their legal and compliance team.  Assisting with extensive calendaring, arranging international travel, gather and prepare materials for board meetings, set up conference rooms, etc. This is a hybrid role with three days a week in office and two remote—start time would be 7:30.  The ideal candidate will have prior finance experience and 4-5 years of EA experience supporting a Partner or C-level executive.  

*Please note that this is a six-month contract hybrid role, pay will be 55-60 HR*

Responsibilities:
•Extensive calendaring in Outlook
•Travel planning for domestic and international
•Set up board and conference rooms for meetings
•Gather materials for meetings
•Submitting expense reports
•Organize lunches when needed
•Help with other tasks as assigned
•Need to be able to work OT

Qualifications:
•4+ years EA experience preferably to an C level partner
•Excellent communication skills
•Travel planning and itinerary
•Extensive and complex calendar management
•Flexible
•Problem solver
•Good attitude
•Professional
