International Account Manager

Our client, a renowned and purpose-driven clean beauty brand, is currently seeking an International Account Manager for Independent Retailers to join their team in NYC! This role will be responsible for managing and developing key international independent accounts, including both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels.


Manage key accounts of independent retailers, ensuring sales targets and profitability.
Align distribution strategy with stakeholders and field team.
Coordinate meetings, visits, and sales initiatives.
Measure effectiveness of activations and promotions.
Assist with pricing changes and maintain records.
Coordinate launch plans and assets.
Ensure timely processing of orders and set-up forms.
Assist with customer analysis and training.
Interface with internal departments for marketing updates and product launches.


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3-5 years of global sales and marketing experience.
Strong knowledge of international cycling market and consumers.
Entrepreneurial mindset with P&L management experience.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
