Our client, a contemporary women’s fashion lifestyle brand, is seeking a multifaceted Assistant Store Manager for their Miami doors. Seeking a talented, energetic, Sales driven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for fashion.

Responsibilities:
·         Maintaining the highest level of customer service and meeting personal and store sales goals
·         Creating and maintaining a client base
·         Support the Store Manager to train, develop & motivate staff
·         Lead by example
·         Actively support in all areas of the day-to-day operations of the business

Qualifications:
·         Previous leadership experience is required
