Junior Project Manager

Our client, a Creative Branding Agency, is looking for a Junior Project Manager on a Temp To Perm basis, hybrid in NYC, ASAP!  In this role, you will be client facing, utilizing project management platforms, and working in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities
-  Work closely with the Director of Project Management to support agency needs (PM, Account Management, New Business)
- Own communications (client facing) regarding scheduling, status document, meeting recaps, content request forms
- Own project file and server set up and other internal administrative tasks
- Manage creative team workflow
- Assist in creating and optimizing scopes of work and project estimates
- Help manage freelancers (onboarding, scheduling, contracts)
- Support small and large projects


Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in a client-facing role
- Agency experience is preferred, with knowledge of the creative process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally
- Knowledge of Project Management platforms, preferably Wrike
- Self starter, highly organized & detail oriented
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Must be based in NYC area
