Art Director/ Associate Creative Director

A California based Jewelry Company that prides themselves on their and ethically crafted quality Jewelry, is looking for an experienced temp Art Director/ Associate Creative Director to join their team on an ASAP need. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the founder and a passionate team to execute their brand vision.

This is a temp to hire role that will require the selected candidate must be able to work hybrid onsite at their Los Angeles office.

Pay: $50 - $60/hr
Salary $90K - $115K

The Job:
• Participate in the ideation process and presentation of the overall marketing campaign strategy across campaigns, social media, partnerships, brand marketing, and development.
• Work cross-functionally with merchandising, production, and sales to ensure deadlines are being met
• Collaborate with the social media team to plan out social strategy for product launches
• Oversee development and execution of packaging, retail displays, and other assets
• Supervise, develop and provide feedback and training for your team, reviewing their performance during one on ones and annual reviews
• Work with each team effectively to execute the values and goals of the company

The Candidate:
• 10+ years of professional Marketing experience.
• 3+ years minimum experience managing employees or leading a team.
• Background in graphic design, creative direction or experience leading creative within an internal or agency setting.
• Previous Marketing experience within Jewelry, Fashion, or Accessories.
• Familiarity with Shopify and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication and project management skills
