-Cultivate client relationships to foster lifelong loyalty and spending.
-Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales goals.
-Capture and utilize client data to personalize experiences.
-Drive a large portion of sales through repeat client business.
-Emphasize key product lines to drive business.
-Network within the community as well as with staff for development of leads.
-Maintain confidentiality of customer information and pertinent data.


-Must have experience in luxury/high end jewelry sales fast paced work environment.
-Ability to engage with a diverse client base.
-Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems.
-Able to work well as a team player in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
-Strong organizational and follow-up skills
-Presents a professional image in appearance, words, and actions.
-Be a self-starter and use good judgment in all situations.
-Perform job functions with attention to detail, efficiently and thoroughly.
-Motivation, integrity, and high level of work ethic.
-Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework (Preferred)
