Sales Account Manager, Jewelry

What you’ll do:

-Oversee a team to ensure execution of order status, billing, returns and special orders
-Work hand in hand with senior team in developing and executing a business strategy
-Collect and analyze sell-out reports from customers to build action plans and identify needs
-Managed the operational aspect of the order processing to ensure timely delivery
-Understand the key parameters of web analytics and reporting and being able to optimize t-he KPIs for leveraging brand experience activities
-Able to multitask and work in a team environment
-Must be able to pay attention to detail

What you'll need:

-Minimum 7+ years of experience in an account management role
-College degree or pertinent work experience
-Must have advanced Excel knowledge with V-lookups and Pivot tables.
-Previous jewelry experience is highly preferable
-Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
-Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
-Microsoft Team experience
-Positive attitude and team player
-Able to think outside of the box in a fast environment
