Wholesale Assistant - Home Accessories

What you’ll do:

-Provide administrative support such as scheduling, correspondence management, and customer service to sales staff.
-Enter orders and maintain item set up.
-Creating collateral such as presentations and reports for existing and potential accounts.
-Attending team meetings, taking notes, and distributing post-reports.
-Organizing sample inventory; packing and shipping samples.
-Tracking outgoing orders and updating customers/sales teams.

What you’ll need:

-1+ years of wholesale experience; home industry a plus!
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills; team-player mentality.
-Proficiency in MS Office.
-Organized and efficient workstyle; experience with sample inventory and/or logistics a plus!
-Ability to stay focused and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
