Executive / Personal Assistant to Renowned Jewelry Designer, NYC

This role is on-site 5 days/week in Manhattan.

-Liaise between the Founder and team; manage the day-to-day flow of information and follow through.
-Develop and prioritize objectives for daily staff meetings with principal and team.
-Organize Founder’s daily schedule and update monthly calendar of events.
-Manage travel for Founder and family, with flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally.
-Record meeting notes and delegate deliverables.
-Oversee and manage residential vendors for multiple residences and upcoming renovation project.
-Support Founder’s charitable engagements and philanthropic endeavors.
-Organize Founder’s special events.

-Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
-Minimum of 5 years of hands on executive and/or high level administrative support reporting directly to a founder or a C-level executive.
-Understanding of fine jewelry and/or high luxury marketplace is a plus.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to become familiar with company specific programs and software.

Salary: $100k-135k, DOE
