Tabitha Delacruz

Tabitha Delacruz is an Account Manager on the Fourth Floor freelance team in New York. She attended Marist College where she earned a degree in Psychology with a minor in Business. Prior to joining the fashion recruiting team at Fourth Floor, Tabitha worked as an HR Administrator in the nonprofit sector, where she enjoyed the challenge and fast-paced nature of recruiting. She loves connecting with passionate and reliable candidates and sharing the excitement over presenting them with new opportunities.
