Grace Holderman

Grace Holderman began her professional career in commercial real estate, but found her true passion when she began recruiting. Grace loves finding the perfect pair between a candidate and client, and is always excited to see the value that is gained from a successful match. Her best piece of advice for a job seeker is to stay open to new opportunities and keep an open mind throughout the process. Before joining the team at Career Group Search as a Recruiting Associate, Grace attended the University of Oregon and worked in various client-facing roles including being an Executive Assistant and Real Estate Broker. Outside of work you can find Grace trying new restaurants or taking her English Bulldog on walks around her neighborhood in LA.
