Emily Harris

Emily Harris is the Director of Recruitment and Client Partnerships in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining the team at Career Group, Emily was recruiting for mid-level to executive roles for portfolio companies in the Venture Capital and Private Equity space. Throughout her career she has maintained a passion for connecting people and building relationships to support others. For Emily, seeing others succeed brings her joy and she loves getting to help both clients and candidates make the right match in order to propel both of their futures forward. She seeks out candidates who are enthusiastic, authentic, and strong communicators who lead with positivity. Before beginning her career, Emily competitively swam and studied at both Florida State University and the University of Missouri. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and running marathons on behalf of Imerman Angels, a charity that provides 1:1 cancer mentorship for those affected.
