Elinor Stickevers

Elinor Stickevers began her career in recruiting because she is passionate about helping others succeed. She loves building relationships with candidates and supporting them through the experience of finding their dream job. The best advice Elinor would give to a job seeker is to stay positive and have confidence in yourself. She looks for ambition, dedication, and strong communication skills in all of her candidates. Before joining the team at Career Group as a Recruiting Coordinator, Elinor worked as an executive assistant. Elinor holds a degree in Strategic Communications from Elon University and outside of work she enjoys to swim, scuba dive, and travel as much as she can.
