Luxury Retail Host

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a retail host to join their team in a contract capacity at the Bal-Harbour location ASAP. Their ideal candidate is a polished and outgoing individual with the ability to accurately represent their brand's values.

*Must be able to work a 40/hrs. a week

*Must be okay working in a contracted capacity

Responsibilities:‍

• Assist with sharing brand and product knowledge
• Provide exceptional Sales and Service support
• Facilitate the seamless client experience by warmly greeting clients upon arrival
• Maintaining organization of the event floor
• Helping sales staff with merchandising needs
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Background in hospitality, performance or arts a plus
• Applicable experience in a luxury retail setting
• High standard of work and a helpful, service-oriented attitude
• Attention to detail and organization
• Willingness to help out wherever needed
