Senior Executive Assistant to CEO

Are you a strategic, detail-oriented Executive Assistant who excels in supporting visionary leaders at the highest level? Our client, a global technology powerhouse driving innovation across multiple markets, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a rare opportunity to join a world-class leadership team and play a pivotal role in enabling the success of a dynamic, fast-moving executive.

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Compensation: $185K – $220K + Bonus + Equity

About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll serve as a trusted strategic partner—providing high-level administrative, operational, and organizational support to one of the company’s most influential leaders. You will be responsible for managing an extremely active calendar, coordinating international travel, preparing and organizing complex board materials, and ensuring seamless communication across global time zones.

This role requires a confident professional who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and can balance multiple competing priorities with grace, sound judgment, and discretion. You’ll also oversee and mentor a small team of administrative professionals, ensuring consistency, collaboration, and excellence across the function.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the CEO’s complex calendar, prioritizing with strong business acumen and foresight
- Coordinate international travel logistics and global meeting itineraries
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors, preparing materials, managing communications, and ensuring flawless execution of board activities
- Lead and develop the executive administrative team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance
- Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, investors, and strategic partners
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions
- Anticipate needs, think several steps ahead, and act as a key gatekeeper and strategic extension of the CEO

Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience, including 5+ years directly supporting a CEO within a global, fast-paced tech organization
- Proven success supporting C-suite executives and managing board relations at scale
- Highly polished communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to execute with precision under pressure
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring a team of administrative professionals
- Adept with modern productivity and collaboration tools; comfortable working across global time zones
- Tech savvy - proficient with G Suite, Slack and AI tools
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
