Temp to Perm Project Manager/Executive Assistant
Our client, a media company, is looking for a Temp to Perm Project Manager/Executive Assistant to support an individual in New Canaan, CT. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong writing skills.
This assignment starts asap and will have the potential to go permanent down the line.
Hours: 9am – 6pm (some light weekend work as needed)

Hybrid Schedule
Responsibilities:
- Optimize time through effective calendar management and scheduling, coordinating internal and external meetings
- Organizing and booking travel arrangements
- Schedule and coordinate special events and meetings as needed
- Project planning and logistics coordination
- Assist with taking notes in meetings and creating pitches
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures
- Anticipate needs, provide administrative support and project management tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be tech savvy
- Ability to self-motivate and work with limited supervision
- Exceptionally strong skills working in MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and creative programs
