Executive Event Producer

Our client, a Global Restaurant Chain is seeking an Executive Producer to lead multiple corporate event projects on a recurring quarterly basis.

Responsibilities include:‍

• Lead production and oversee all aspects of corporate in-person and virtual corporate events
• Assemble and manage a complete production team within each market, including AV personnel, support staff, and event coordinators.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of events with a focus on corporate objectives such as financial projections and business strategy.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate has experience producing both in-person and virtual large-scale events and is comfortable with small-scale settings (such as conference rooms for quarterly projections).
• Each project will last 9-12 days, with a quarterly commitment expected for the next 6-12+ months.
• Experience in corporate events for agencies or in-house environments is required.
