Human Resources Manager
Our client, a fast-growing apparel brand, is looking for an HR Manager to join their team in NYC!
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the recruitment process to bring in top-tier candidates.
- Create and execute successful strategies for candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.Collaborate closely with department leaders to identify staffing needs and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Supervise all HR functions, including employee relations, performance evaluations, and adherence to labor laws. Cultivate a supportive and diverse workplace culture that enhances employee engagement and satisfaction
- Organize and facilitate employee events and initiatives aimed at fostering team unity and boosting morale.
- Keep abreast of industry trends to maintain competitive HR practices within the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Over 5 years of experience in HR management.
- In-depth understanding of HR processes, labor legislation, and compliance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven success in developing strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Expertise in recruiting and managing employee relations.
- Strong skills in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
- High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work in office full time.
