Human Resources Associate

Our client, global digital sports platform is seeking an eager, ambitious, and hardworking Human Resources Associate to join the team!

Salary: 75-100k base + bonus + amazing benefits

Fully onsite in their New York office

Responsibilities include
• Maintain their HCM system, processing hires and terminations, and ad hoc requests
• Managing the onboarding process for all new hires
• Assisting with biweekly payroll processing
• Assisting with goal setting, trainings, and assessments
• Assisting with any ad hoc projects

Requirements include
• Bachelors degree
• 4+ years of HR experience
• High level of written and oral communication
• Driven and hard working
• Experience with HCM systems
• Strong interpersonal skills
