Luxury Client Advisor

Our client, a Luxury Fashion Brand, is seeking a Retail Greeter to join their team in a contract capacity in the Design District, Bal-Harbour, and Miami Beach location ASAP for their Art Basel exhibit.


*MUST be open to working all 3 locations as you will be rotated to each location.*

Their ideal candidate is a polished and outgoing individual with the ability to accurately represent their brand's values.

*Must be able to work 5 days/week

*Duration: November 18th-December 28th

*Cannot be easily starstruck

Responsibilities:‍

• Assist with sharing brand and product knowledge
• Provide exceptional Sales and Service support
• Facilitate the seamless client experience by warmly greeting clients upon arrival
• Maintaining organization of the event floor
• Helping sales staff with merchandising needs
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:‍

• Excellent communication skills
• Background in hospitality, performance or arts a plus
• Applicable experience in a luxury retail setting
• High standard of work and a helpful, service-oriented attitude
• Attention to detail and organization
• Willingness to help out wherever needed
