Senior Manager, Agency Partner
Our client, a global luxury leather goods and RTW brand is looking for a a Senior Manager, Agency Partner.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working and coordinating with advertising agencies and internal stakeholders. The primary focus of the Sr. Manager, Agency Partner will be to manage the client/agency interactions, coordinate with internal and agency stakeholders in the planning and scheduling of deliverables for marketing initiatives. Additionally, they will work with internal teams to plan the execution and completion of marketing deliverables for traditional media. The individual will identify risks and clearly communicate goals to project stakeholders.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and advertising agency partners, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Proactively identify issues or challenges in campaign execution and work with internal teams and agencies to develop solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with brand guidelines, messaging, and performance objectives
- Coordinate alignment between the brand and ad agency(s) on creative strategy, timelines, deliverables, and incremental content needs.Work closely with the agency and internal creative teams to identify content gaps.
- Coordinate the timing and budgets for the creation of incremental content.
- Lead and manage the execution of marketing projects across all media.
- Establish, implement, and document standards and best practices for the successful management and completion of projects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and ongoing evolution of ways of working and connect the right stakeholders to facilitate and implement changes.
