Licensing Specialist (Temp)

A toy company is looking for a Licensing Specialist to manage relationships with agents, coordinate approvals, and handle global support across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating brand decks, gathering licensee forecasts, and managing contracts and documentation. They will also oversee invoicing and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed. Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $25-$30/hr

Responsibilities:‍

• Serve as the main point of contact for agents and collaborate to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Create and update brand decks for presentations and marketing purposes.
• Coordinate global support for agents, including approvals, samples, and providing necessary assets.
• Gather and compile licensee forecasts for internal use.
• Oversee the coordination of contracts for review and approval, with no legal expertise required.
• Manage licensee insurance and manufacturing documentation to ensure compliance.
• Handle and process invoices related to licensing agreements.

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with agents and internal teams.
• Proficiency in creating and updating brand presentations and marketing materials.
• Experience in coordinating global support and managing assets, approvals, and samples.
