Store Manager

Our client, a casual and contemporary lifestyle apparel brand, is seeking a Store Manager to join their team for their new West Village store opening!

Responsibilities:‍

• Deliver an exceptional and memorable customer experience that leave clients excited about the brand.
• Inspire and lead the team to provide genuine and engaging customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive environment for growth.
• Ensure the store’s product displays are visually appealing, well-stocked, and drive sales.
• Maintain high visual and merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of processes and procedures.
• Train staff on POS systems, loss prevention, and inventory management to maintain operational efficiency.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all operational and safety protocols.

Qualifications:‍

• Experience in a leadership role within retail, with a strong track record of success.
• Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team, with a focus on people development and retention.
• Strong sense of visual merchandising and attention to detail for maintaining product displays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for leading and engaging a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a hands-on approach.
• Operational knowledge in POS systems, inventory management, and loss prevention.
• A positive attitude and a passion for creating a fun and collaborative work culture.

$68,000-$80,000 base + Monthly bonus, commensurate of experience
