Personal Assistant

A celebrity in the world of entertainment, podcasts and comedy is looking for a Personal Assistant to be a dedicated and organized right hand.

Salary commensurate with experience: $50-70k base range + stipend for benefits

Location: In person Monday- Friday based in SoHo NYC

Hours: General working business hours (10-6-ish) but flexible evenings/weekends
‍

No travel required

Responsibilities:‍

• Running errands
• Ordering groceries and ordering/grabbing meals
• Calendar management/scheduling
• Ordering Ubers/cars and booking travel, putting together itineraries
• Bill payments, invoices, expenses
• Helping his wife if things come up
• Booking haircuts, doc appoints, reservations, etc.
• Liaising with his personal trainer
• Not someone looking for a foot in the door in comedy,  but who genuinely likes PA work

Our ideal candidate:‍

• 1-3+ years of previous Personal Assistant experience – experience in entertainment preferred
• Confidentiality & discretion is important
• Must be proactive and trustworthy
• No job too small attitude, happy to do what's needed
• This is a newly created role as he’s gotten busier  - reporting into/working with his Chief of Sta
