Chief Executive Officer

Our client is seeking an innovative and high performing leader to join their team as the CEO of a property management firm. The ideal candidate has established experience as a senior executive within the residential property management field. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the industry in addition to a collaborative and hands-on approach to leadership. The CEO will be instrumental in scaling the business and must have the ability to build and grow a high performing team. Candidates must have a strong financial background, extensive experience in property management, and substantial knowledge when it comes to both CA and Real Estate law. Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus, and the salary range for this role is $175-200k DOE.

Requirements:‍

• Experience as a CEO or Executive Leader
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Extensive experience within residential property management
• Strong financial skills
• Experience using Appfolio, and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
