We are actively seeking a personable and driven Creative Recruiter to join our Syndicatebleu team. The Creative Recruiter will be responsible for developing and growing a candidate talent base full of creative and marketing professionals.

We have offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, Miami, and New York.

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:‍

• Heavy candidate sourcing for client roles
• Build a pipeline of talent utilizing a variety of sales and networking techniques
• Source active and passive candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and techniques
• Reach out to existing candidates in our internal database to enhance relationships
• Conduct phone screens
• Pitch jobs to top-tier candidates and submit to top clients
• Coordinate, confirm, and coach candidates for client interviews, act as a coach and mentor
• Present, negotiate, and close offers
• Be informed of new sourcing strategies to remain best in class
• Grow accounts by consistently presenting the best talent and networking
