Our client, a leading contemporary womenswear brand, is seeking a Store Manager for their Greenwich, CT location! Seeking a talented, energetic, sales driven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for fashion.

Responsibilities:‍

• Achieve sales targets through exceptional customer service.
• Develop and maintain lasting client relationships via proactive outreach.
• Utilize company sales techniques and exceed performance goals.
• Stay informed about collection trends to enhance product knowledge.
• Maintain store organization and uphold brand standards.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
• Create a positive team environment and embrace feedback.

Requirements:‍

• Previous management and luxury retail sales experience required.
• Passion for team leadership, sales and development
• Strong Communication skills

Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 + monthly bonus, Commensurate with experience
