Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

This is an incredibly fast paced, ever changing and dynamic opportunity to join a growing firm and partner with an ambitious and hungry executive. The person would be joining an incredible culture with great energy and comradery. If you have 5 – 10+ years of experience, 2 – 3+ of which supporting a CEO/Founder, we would love to meet you!

Strong knowledge of New York City is required!

Work Model: 4-5 days in office, occasional changes depending on CEO Schedule Madison Square Park

Office Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm with 24/7 mindset

Compensation: $150-180k base + discretionary bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s highly dynamic calendar, ensuring timely scheduling of meetings, meals, and calls (in-person and virtual). Prioritize, follow up, and communicate proactively to optimize the CEO’s time.
  • Organize complex travel arrangements for business trips, both domestic and international, with meticulous attention to time zones, flight/hotel preferences, and other logistics. Arrange personal travel for the CEO and family, crafting detailed itineraries.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, account staff, and clients, coordinating and facilitating meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with the Office of the CEO to maintain smooth office operations, reporting directly to the AVP.
  • Organize social events and activities in New York City, including family parties and gatherings.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10+ years of direct experience supporting a CEO or founder in an administrative role.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset focused on supporting the CEO and overall firm.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
