Assistant Store Manager

Our client, a contemporary women’s fashion lifestyle brand, is seeking a multifaceted Assistant Store Manager for their Austin, Texas doors! Seeking a talented, energetic, Sales driven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for fashion.

Responsibilities:‍

• Maintaining the highest level of customer service and meeting personal and store sales goals
• Creating and maintaining a client base
• Support the Store Manager to train, develop & motivate staff
• Lead by example
• Actively support in all areas of the day-to-day operations of the business including merchandising, shipments, event planning, marketing, opening + closing procedures, etc.

Qualifications:‍

• Previous leadership experience is required
• Self-motivated and driven attitude
• Knowledge of current trends
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule including holidays and weekends

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 + Commission, DOE
