Our client, a fine jewelry company, is looking for a Store Manager to join their store on Madison Avenue!

Responsibilities‍

• Lead VIP clientele initiatives
• Coach client advisors on selling ceremonies
• Meet and exceed financial goals
• Track and react to weekly business, capitalize on additional business and sales opportunities by recognizing class trends and slow sellers
• Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
• Deliverance of uncompromising customer service, cultivating organizational values and create a customer-focused culture

Qualifications‍

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of relevant experience within the luxury space
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
