Admissions Coordinator
A Healthcare Organization is looking for a Sales related Admissions Coordinator to join them on a temp-to-hire basis. As the Admissions Coordinator, you will act as a friendly resource to clients and their families by assisting with the collection, organization, and presentation of information to ensure a smooth admission process. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of families by introducing them to the many programs offered by the organization.
LOCATION: ON-SITE , Irvine, California
PAY: $22-$24/HR - based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Guide visitors, clients, and their families through the admissions process.
- Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and inform callers of the program and services offered as needed.-Engage with client’s and families and act as a comforting and supportive resource throughout the admissions process.
- Process paperwork and other documentation in a timely manner to ensure all records are correct and up to date.
- Exemplify a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of experience in behavioral health or the healthcare industry.
- Previous clerical/ admissions experience in healthcare, specifically managing the insurance verification process is highly desired.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bilingual preferred.
