Executive Assistant - Private Equity

The ideal candidate is a team player, detail – oriented and has at least 5 years of experience out of financial services. If you are looking for a long-term role is a dynamic, collaborative and fast – paced environment, this is the role for you!

Midtown, NYC
Hybrid: Monday – Thursday onsite, Friday remote
Hours: 9am – 5:30pm
Compensation: $115-125k base + discretionary bonus eligibility

Supporting 2 Partners, 2 Principals, and junior investment team members

You will:

  • Coordinate complex calendars in collaboration with colleagues spanning multiple time zones
  • Screen, respond to, and follow up on email correspondence in a timely manner
  • Plan and coordinate events for internal teams
  • Manage expense reports and billings for the executive
  • Arrange complex multi leg international and domestic travel plans
  • Manage ad hoc projects as assigned, liaising between the executive and staff to complete tasks accurately and efficiently

You have:

  • Financial Services Experience Required (HF/PE a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-8 years of executive assistant experience
  • Technological prowess in the Outlook and the MS Office suite, especially Excel
  • Complex scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangement prowess in a fast-paced environment spanning multiple time zones
  • Experience planning and coordinating events
  • A go-getter, “roll up your sleeves” mentality
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
