Content Marketing & Social Media Director

Our client, a leading innovator in the fashion watch, wearable tech and accessories industry, is looking for a Content Marketing and Social Media Director to join their growing team in Little Neck, NY. The ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional, well-versed in the latest technology platforms and trends in the social media landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies with clear short-term goals.
  • Lead content marketing projects to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, art departments, and content creators to produce high-quality content such as videos, GIFs, and social posts.
  • Create and manage a content calendar, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Draft and communicate creative briefs to generate engaging content regularly.
  • Identify and approve content creators for collaborations.
  • Review and approve all social media content.
  • Oversee the distribution of content through various channels.
  • Supervise one direct report and manage a community of content creators.


  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in social media and content creation.
  • A proven track record of implementing innovative ideas and making them happen.
  • Highly creative and collaborative with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets with precision.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Enthusiastic about watches and tech.
  • Professional, energetic, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and quickly reprioritize as needed.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

Salary: $80,000-$90,000 commensurate with experience
