Office Manager

Our client, a premier venture capital firm, is seeking a dynamic office manager for their office in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will be able to jump in and oversea office operations, answer phones, greet guests, and preform back up administrative duties. This is a wonderful opportunity to join an amazing team.


Responsibilities:

- Managing the office and conference rooms
- Overseeing stock of office supplies
-Expense reports
-Act as back up to administrative team preforming calendar management and expense reports
-Assisting with events
-Answering the main phone line
-Greeting all guests
-Liaising with vendors


Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree
-Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in finance or fast-paced corporate environment preferred
-Able to represent the team with professionalism and integrity
-Strong communication and attention to detail
-Friendly and upbeat demeanor
