Personal Assistant to CEO

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Personal / Executive Assistant to support a CEO and High Net Worth Individual out of their family office setting, working on a collaborative team of assistants.

Salary commensurate with experience: $120-140k base + discretionary bonus + fully paid benefits and 401k match


Location: Midtown NYC – Tuesday – Thursday in office, but need to be flexible to go in Mondays/Fridays if needed


Hours: 8:30am-5:30/6pm with a 24/7 mentality



Responsibilities include:

  • Manage Outlook calendar and contacts for family of 5 across their professional and personal/family time, including kids appts
  • Execute task list of miscellaneous requests
  • Online research and purchases
  • Manage activities and scheduling for 3 kidsBook appointments and reservations for family members
  • Book commercial and Private jet travel
  • Assist with party and event planning
  • Oversee NYC based home staff (housekeepers, nannies, property manager) across multiple properties
  • Oversee household inventory and tend to inventory walkthroughs if needed
  • Maintain Excel spreadsheets
  • Answer calls and emails

Seeking:

  • 4 year Degree required
  • Ideally 4+ years of relevant experience - a mix of Personal Assistant & Executive Assistant preferred (including some professional/corporate experience)
  • Must have extensive Outlook scheduling experience
  • Very articulate with clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Mastery of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Confidentiality & discretion is incredibly important
  • Very collaborative in nature to work with the other PAs on the team
  • Someone who is a great problem solver and efficient
  • Tolerance for direct feedback
