Office Manager

Our client, a security and compliance platform that helps businesses manage risk and demonstrate security, is looking for a Workplace Coordinator on a part-time basis. This would be a part-time, onsite role approximately 20 hours per week with some flexibility on the days in the office. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. Ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of workplace or office management experience. The duration of this role is approximately 3-6 months.

*Please Note that this is a contract role, Pay will be $30-35HR*


Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of our San Francisco office, including facilities maintenance and repair, events, processes, policies, and communications.
- Oversee and sort incoming mail and packages at the SF Office.
- Ordering and stocking snacks and beverages
- Monitor office supplies and order as needed
- Quickly resolve any maintenance issues by bringing in the appropriate service
- Manage our SF office slack channel, writing and sharing office announcements and answering employee questions.
- Help employees book conference rooms for team off sites held in the SF Office.
- Serve as the in-person, main point of contact for all SF Office needs and questions
- Plan, execute, and attend our monthly SF Office happy hour, which takes place one Thursday a month from 4:30-7pm PT.
- Facilitate the delivery of our weekly Wednesday team lunches


Qualifications:
- Prior experience with office or facilities management
- Confident with technology and able to pick up new systems quickly
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Google Suite
- Have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
