Executive Assistant

Our client, a multinational investment holding company is seeking a bright and dependable Executive Assistant to support multiple executives in their D.C. office. You will be acting as project lead on many wide-ranging operational and administrative processes; managing communication and collaboration with team members, executive leaders, and external partners; and serving as liaison for C-levels executives across multiple time zones. If you possess a self-starter attitude, are action and outcomes oriented, and are always willing to take on new challenges, then this opportunity may be for you!

* This is a 6-month, contract hybrid role, pay will be 48/hr*

- Extensive calendar and travel management.
- Manage expense reporting.
- Organize agendas, action items and minutes for key staff meetings.
- Provide general ad-hoc administrative support.
- Organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Welcome in and escort visitors.


- At least 6 years of executive administrative experience, ideally with over 2 years supporting - C-level executives
- Bachelor’s degree
- High-level of confidentiality, discernment, and sound judgment.
- Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with leadership and external contacts.
- Strong working knowledge of Google suite (Gmail, Google Calendar)
