Human Resources Manager

Our client, a wholesale apparel company, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team in Old Bridge, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the recruitment process to attract top talent.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Oversee all HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Plan and coordinate employee activities and events to build team cohesion and morale.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and ensure the company remains competitive in its HR practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and employee relations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
