Store Manager

Our notable heritage brand client, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven store manager to join their team!

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, mentor and develop sales team
  • Achieve company goals by motivating and inspiring team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and practices with all rules and regulations
  • Collaborate closely with HR business partners to fully engage sales team with the brand
  • Ensure store operations costs are within budget
  • Establish weekly sales goal for team to ensure objectives are met
  • Ensure highest level of customer service are practiced at all times
  • Adhere to and enforce security and credit policies and procedures
  • Ensure visual standards are met and products are properly ticketed
  • Ensure maintenance of stockroom upkeep
  • Communicate stock replenishment needs
  • Implement training programs
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of selling experience
  • 2+ years of store manager experience
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Able to bend, climb ladders, lift and move boxes up to 35 lb.
