Administrative Receptionist

This is a great opportunity to serve as a true gatekeep and point of contact for their high-volume New York City office! If you are looking for a role where you can provide high level support in a high-volume office, this is the role for you!

This role also provides opportunities for administrative work and the ability to take on calendar management as well as travel arrangements!

Fully Onsite: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm
Compensation: $60 - 65k base + bonus + GREAT benefits


  • Attend to reception desk, including phone coverage, detailed message taking, welcoming visitors and accepting deliveries
  • Ordering office and kitchen supplies, managing inventory and putting away supplies
  • Managing supplies inventory, budgets, and maintenance requests
  • Receiving guests and directing them to their destinations; informing team members of their arrival
  • Admin ad hoc projects with the finance and compliance teams for example expenses etc
  • Complex scheduling for multiple conference rooms and firmwide meetings


  • 1 – 3 years of experience out of Financial Services preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite & Concur programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Capable of coordinating and organizing calendars effectively
  • Ability to communicate professionally with individuals at all levels
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Team-oriented and collaborative
