A top Investment Banking firm is seeking a Receptionist to provide high quality customer service to in person guests and display wonderful phone etiquette to customers and clients. An Ideal candidate is well versed in the traditional receptionist role and is eager to join an excellent team. Being the first point of contact for all visitors, candidate should exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and a warm and welcoming demeanor. *This position is 5 days onsite


  • Greet guests and assist them as needed
  • Answer phones and direct them to their intended recipient in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Maintain general tidiness of front desk and office
  • Assist with Various tasks as needed
  • Responsible for ordering and stocking all kitchen supplies such as food and drinks.
  • Keeping the kitchen clean and organized; loading and unloading the dishwasher and running as needed
  • Organizing team lunches when there are team meetings
  • Sort, deliver, and distribute mail to members in the office in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Responsible for maintaining vendor lists for office events


  • Seeking at least 2 years of prior administration or hospitality experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Professional and warm personality with the ability to communicate with all internal and external contacts.

$65,000 - $75,000 + Bonus + Paid OT + Excellent Benefits!
