Customer Service Representative

Our client, a wholesale apparel company, is looking for a PLM & CRM Specialist to join their team in Manhattan!


  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Allocate all customer orders to the appropriate warehouses for fulfillment
  • Track inventory levels and inbound shipments to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment


  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Experience with ERP systems
