Ecommerce Brand Manager

The ideal candidate will develop and manage online strategies, ensuring alignment with financial goals and managing eCommerce profit and loss. They will collaborate on content creation, oversee site performance, and optimize the customer journey. Additionally, they will coordinate cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotional activities.

PAY: $45 - $54/hr - Based on experience

•Oversee the website’s online strategy and daily management. Align efforts with financial targets and handle the eCommerce profit and loss.
•Establish a strong merchandising calendar to compete with other brand DTC channels and platforms.
•Work with the brand team to produce engaging e-commerce content for new product launches, exclusives, limited editions, and gifts.
•Outline content requirements to design and copy teams, ensuring they follow brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and look great on all devices.
•Frequently audit and quality check site operations and product merchandising to improve the customer experience.
•Address technical issues during promotions and keep an eye on inventory risks.
•Forecast e-commerce sales and products to meet business objectives.
•Produce innovative solutions to manage excess inventory while maintaining profitability.
•Review and enhance site and content performance, ensuring correct tagging and event tracking.
•Improve the D2C website experience to increase engagement, conversion, and customer loyalty.
•Effectively use home pages, landing pages, and product detail pages to reduce steps and boost conversions.
•Guide financial forecasting and track performance at local and global levels (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
•Guarantee timely execution of Commercial S&OP processes, including contributions to the monthly forecasting cycle.
•Work with the Supply Chain Team to predict inventory availability across channels.
•Manage pricing and promotional strategies with the Commercial Strategy & Planning Team.
•Participate in the development of long-term strategic and tactical marketing plans in a fast-paced environment.
•Engage in market analysis, unique selling propositions, brand identity, content creation, product briefs, communications, 3-year brand growth plans, marketing plans, and launch business models.
•Spot opportunities and gaps in the market, analyze trends, and develop concepts.
•Oversee projects to ensure collaboration and alignment across functions, enabling the execution of business plans and market growth.
•Collaborate with the Co-Founder/CEO, cross-functional teams, and agencies to support launch and post-launch media planning, communication, PR, promotions, and mix optimization.
•Assist the Co-Founder/CEO with portfolio planning, stakeholder updates, and retailer meetings.
•Develop sales goals and monitor/report monthly sales figures.
•Assist with COG, P&L, forecasting, and responsible marketing budget planning.
•Formulate social media objectives and strategies, including plans to build an engaged and loyal follower community.
•Partner with the Social Media Marketing Manager on the digital calendar, including social media and CRM (emails), ensuring coordination with new products, promotions, advertising, PR, and retailer relations.

•3 - 5+ years of experience in E- commerce management.
•Prior marketing experience.
•Able to effectively communicate with Senior Management and Cross-functional colleagues.
•Proficient in Kalviyo, HTML, CMS, SEO and Google Analytics.
•Passionate about the beauty sector, particularly science-driven skincare products.
•Excels in a dynamic setting and adjusts efficiently to changing priorities.
•Possesses a hands-on mindset with a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.
•A basic familiarity with web publishing.
