Executive Assistant to C-Suite Executives

Our client, a leading global private equity firm, is in search of a proactive and seasoned Executive Assistant to provide support to two of their C-Suite executives. The ideal candidate has experience supporting C-level executives, demonstrates proficiency in multitasking and meeting deadlines, exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills, and showcases exceptional attention to detail and discretion. The role is onsite daily in Forth Worth Texas.

About the Role:
• Serve as a point of contact for the C-Suite, representing them internally and externally.
• Prioritize and manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails.
• Offer administrative support, including intricate calendar management, handling phones, and managing expense reimbursements.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries.
• Take the lead on special projects as needed, providing necessary support and coordination.

About the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Demonstrated success in managing several projects simultaneously, while consistently meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments, demonstrating urgency, precision, and professionalism.
• Possesses a high level of discretion and strong decision-making abilities.
• Adaptable, motivated, and proactive approach to work.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
