Digital Acquisition Marketing Specialist

A marketing agency is looking for a Digital Acquisition Marketing Specialist to manage paid media campaigns, collaborate on marketing projects, and enhance partnerships. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, 3+ years of digital performance marketing experience, and strong skills in affiliate management and A/B testing.

Job Details


PAY: $35 - $40/hr - based on experience

TEMP: 4 months duration

•Establish, oversee, execute, and evaluate paid media campaigns and budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule to optimize spending for sales growth while meeting stringent ROI and CPA objectives.
•Work closely with various departments to develop, complete, and test marketing projects.
•Strengthen existing partnerships by experimenting with and expanding new creative concepts and products.
•Consistently generate, execute, and assess the outcomes of A/B tests for creatives to enhance sales performance.
•Monitor and assess the effectiveness of each advertising channel and campaign.
•Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey throughout the sales process (including SEO, customer support, and branded websites).
•Keep up-to-date with industry standards and new media opportunities, implementing new strategies to achieve goals.
•Serve as the main point of contact and clearly communicate campaign performance across all company departments for managed campaigns.

•A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a similar discipline.
•3+ years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on digital acquisition and performance marketing.
•Extensive knowledge of affiliate management and A/B testing.
•Experience in Direct-to-Consumer marketing.
•Prior experience working directly with a brand.
•Exceptional analytical abilities
•Skilled in managing multiple projects, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and structure tasks efficiently.
•Self-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
•Bonus: experience with paid media on platforms such as Everflow
•Experience in optimizing sales funnels through A/B testing
•Proficient in using spreadsheets, including Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
