Personal Assistant / Nanny

A dedicated and organized Personal Assistant/Nanny to support a HNW family in managing daily household operations and providing attentive childcare. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, trustworthy, and compassionate individual who can handle various tasks with efficiency and care. This role requires excellent time management skills, flexibility, and a love for working with children.

Work Environment:

  • The position primarily involves working in a private household setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Childcare:

  • Provide attentive and nurturing care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's physical, emotional, and intellectual development.
  • Assist with homework and educational activities.
  • Transport children to and from school, extracurricular activities, playdates, and appointments.
  • Personal Assistant Duties:
  • Manage household schedules and coordinate family activities.
  • Run errands, including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other household needs.
  • Organize and maintain household inventory and supplies.
  • Assist with meal planning and preparation for the family.
  • Coordinate and oversee household maintenance and repairs.
  • Manage family calendars, including appointments, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, such as email correspondence, bill payments, and filing.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a nanny, babysitter, or personal assistant.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Flexible, easy-going nature with a positive outlook.
  • High level of patience, empathy, and reliability.
  • Must pass a background check and provide references.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • College degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or related field is a plus.
