Administrative Assistant

An incredible financial services firm is seeking a personable, hardworking, and bright Administrative Assistant to work alongside another Executive Assistant to support a wonderful Senior Partner in their beautiful and newly renovated New York office.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who has a team player mentality and is proactive. An individual that wants to work with a great team, and in a collegial company culture!

$80-100k base DOE + discretionary bonus + fantastic benefits/perks
MIDTOWN WEST office location, HYBRID SCHEDULE, 4 days in office/1 remote

Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

-Schedules and coordinates in-person and virtual meetings/conference calls for Senior Partner
-extensive calendar management across time zones
-Assists with agenda preparation, registering and greeting guests, catering services, etc.
-Coordinates extensive domestic and international travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, visas, itineraries etc.
-Handles expenses reimbursement process
-Assists with on and off boarding for new hires
-Acts as liaison with internal and external parties
-Works with IT department to handle technical difficulties for Partner
-Offers other admin services such as printing, photocopying, etc.
-Adhoc projects


-3+ years of administrative experience, finance highly preferred
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
-Professional, positive approach
-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, true team player mentality
