Executive Assistant

Our client, a Palo Alto-based start-up, is seeking a fantastic Executive Assistant to primarily support their CEO as well as three other c-suite executives as needed. This role will necessitate a mastery of core Executive Assistant tasks as well as some light office support and HR duties, including domestic travel, calendar and expenses management, onboarding, and general office duties. *This is a mostly remote role for local candidate that can be in office in Palo Alto, CA as needed.

What you’ll do:

• Thoughtfully coordinate the CEO’s high volume calendar and schedule, ensuring a dynamic and productive workflow
• Ability to manage competing deadlines, streamline the Executives email, prioritize urgent needs, and manage action items
• Collaborate with other team members to file expenses
• Manage full meeting logistics, and materials
• Arrange travel accommodations
• Partner with CEO to build out processes and perfect systems
• Assist with light Human Resources tasks, such as onboarding and some contract work
• Conduct light office management and operational projects as needed

What you’ll bring:
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• 4+ years of “C” level Executive Assistant experience, with experience in a start-up
• Excellent organizational and strategic support skills
• Driven and proactive candidate
• An eagerness to grow within a start-up environment
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Salary Range:
$100K - $140K
