Temp-to-Perm Personal Assistant

A Well-Known Luxury Brand is seeking a temp-to-perm Personal Assistant to the CEO to join their Miami team! They are seeking an experienced, versatile, and highly organized Personal Assistant to perform personalized administrative and personal assistant duties for the company CEO & Founder. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling personal appointments/meetings, maintaining calendar, personal tasks, taking notes, and handling correspondences. You will also be required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required. To ensure success as a personal assistant, you should exhibit excellent organizational skills and demonstrable experience in this role.

*Must be open and flexible to traveling with the CEO as needed

*Pay: $30-$33/hour

*FT Hours - 40 hours/week


  • Serve as the go-to person for all personal needs
  • Manage and oversee all personal shopping, reservations, appointments, and gift purchases
  • Handle and execute daily errands, shipments, and assignments
  • Purchase and organize weekly groceries and restocking supplies
  • Schedule all personal appointments, update personal calendar, and inform Executive Assistant
  • Manage all personal properties and maintenance in each location
  • Manage all automobiles at home and in the vault
  • Manage household support, including staff, renovations, repairs, home décor, cleaning team, deliveries
  • Maintain home organization and personal storage
  • Organize all travel prep, as well as packing
  • Manage and oversee personal orders/payments with accounting for needed payment methods
  • Document Founder & CEO’s personal preferences
  • Assist with family and staff communication in collaboration with Executive Assistant
  • Provide excellent front-line customer service for the Founder & CEO; greet guests and respond appropriately to internal and external calls and questions posed by guests
  • Provide information and/or make appropriate referrals to other departments and executive staff
  • Provide high-level personal assistance to the Founder & CEO, traveling as needed and assisting with home projects
  • Staff the Founder & CEO appropriately, managing personal and professional needs
  • Take notes during various engagements and share information with the executive assistant and admin specialist
  • Manage communication on behalf of the Founder & CEO, including screening calls and responding to emails
  • Organize and maintain the Founder & CEO’s personal and professional contacts
  • Coordinate and plan personal events and engagements for the Founder & CEO
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion and sensitivity
  • Conduct personal and business-related errands as required


  • Excellent written and oral skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Always available by phone, text, email
  • Available for travel
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Valid Drivers license and reliable vehicle
  • Must sign NDA


  • Must have had 2-4 years experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
  • Knowledgeable in Shopify, Excel, Photoshop a plus but not required
